以建築框架及河流的形式與圖像回應空間場域，並將此概延續至室內互動空間，運用透視的手法及光影的結合，呈現從運河時期-中國城-河樂廣場的時光演變。

Using the perspective method and metal rack to create virtual and real depth of frame system in responding to the characteristics of the site. As the site used to be a port of Tainan Canal, with memories related to waterfront events, flow shapes and wave images are used as common pattern language in the exhibition. The light and shadow, also creating a perspective effect, are brought in as one of the elements performing the time stream of this place since the age of 1800s.

透過人物、物件、影像去看過去的曾經繁華。

中國城豎立在中正路尾卅三年，曾是台南繁華的顯著地標，裡面有著一座戲院、冰宮、與美食街，不僅是台南著名的遊樂場所，更乘載許多台南人的回憶。本案以「時光如河」為策展主軸，藉由6件藝術裝置與中國城遺構，產生趣味的對話；與景觀池相呼應的街道家具，營造出綠意盎然的親水環境；結合在地插畫創作與科技藝術，打造互動式展覽經驗，讓民眾能夠在喧囂的城市中，編織充滿陽光、空氣、水的美好回憶。
